Vendors and Volunteers are Needed

We would like to invite you to attend the 2nd Annual Shop To Adopt Holiday Bazaar Fundraiser! We are very excited about this year's event! This is our second year for the event and we expect this year to be bigger and better than last year.

The focus of the November 24, 2007 fundraiser is to provide assistance to an orphanage in Ethiopia called Faithe Children's Home. There are approximately 4.6 million orphans in Ethiopia and the orphanage's focus is on finding permanent, loving homes for every child who comes to live at the orphanage. The orphanage is in dire need of basic necessities and it is our hope to provide financial assistance to help care for the children who reside at the orphanage until they find their forever homes.

The event will showcase local businesses, including direct sales consultants and crafters. Vendors and crafters will have cash and carry items, so you can take home beautiful hand-crafted items or your favorites from such companies as Arbonne, Scrapbooking Momeez, Silpada, and Jordan Essentials.

We will also have a Silent Auction with more than $5000 in items available for auction, including a 7 night vacation, Kansas City Chiefs tickets, gift certificates to local restaurants and businesses, Silver Dollar City passes, show tickets, and MANY more!

We will also have a SANTA'S WORKSHOP for the kids where, for a small donation, they can make their own gifts while the parents shop! There will also be a professional photographer at the event to take fun holiday portraits... Santa himself may even show up!

We hope that you can attend, and please encourage your friends and family to start their holiday shopping at this event, while helping the children in Ethiopia!
